After my coaching sessions with John, he was able to identify a blind spot that I had with regard to my professional life. He could tell from our conversations that I had hidden some of my greatest qualities away from myself and suggested the "I Am Enough" hypnosis track as a path forward. After several weeks of listening to this track, I began to notice a distinct difference in the way I viewed myself. I began to see that I had much greater experience and value than I had previously recognized. Working with John was tremendously insightful and helpful. During our sessions, I learned so much about what emotions were related to my cancers (I had 2 different types), and how to address those emotions for the purposes of healing myself. What I learned during our sessions were extremely helpful, and I truly believe that information will serve me for the rest of my life. John also went through our recorded sessions to "play detective" and picked up on additional issues I had based on comments I made that we didn't have a chance to get through during the session and brought up questions related to that information in future sessions. Not only is he very empathetic and caring, but his attention to detail was a big help, too! I highly recommend working with John if you get the chance.
